Vellum Health is seeking a dedicated Vascular Access Registered Nurse (RN) to join our mobile healthcare team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of vascular access techniques and will be responsible for performing insertion and management of vascular access devices for IV therapy.

The role involves patient assessments, education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. A current RN license in Texas and a minimum of 1.5-2 years of related experience are required. Travel within a 100-mile radius is part of the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5-2 years of experience as a vascular access Registered Nurse.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot complications associated with vascular access devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform insertion, maintenance, and management of vascular access devices.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments for vascular access device selection.
• Provide education regarding vascular access procedures to patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
