Job summary

ORTC, LLC is recruiting a Mobile Unit Driver, Security & Building Maintenance Monitor for the West Eugene Treatment Center in Eugene, OR. You will drive the mobile unit, monitor site operations, greet clients, ensure safety, and maintain facilities.

The role supports treatment operations with on-site security, ADA accommodations, and daily maintenance tasks during shifts aligned with center hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years verifiable experience driving large recreational vehicles or similar.
• Valid driver’s license with driving record acceptable to insurer.
• Ability to de-escalate and maintain professional boundaries.
• Must meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.

Responsibilities

• Drive the mobile vehicle to the designated service area and monitor day-to-day operations.
• Set up the mobile unit, secure it on departure, and perform cleaning/disinfection.
• Set up vehicle awning, steps and signage; greet clients professionally.
• Monitor the lobby, entrances, and designated areas for safety and order.
• Operate the unit safely and assist ADA accommodations; ensure proper seating and restraint.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections (tires, brakes, lights, diagnostics).
• May perform Safety and Security Officer duties and evict violators if necessary.
• Complete monthly site checklists and incident reports; stock supplies and perform maintenance.
