Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance/construction experience required.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Clean MVR required.
• Average computer knowledge.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and prepare modular units.
• Interface with customers at job sites.
• Make repairs and modifications to units.
• Perform maintenance on units while on location.
• Clean all units and perform light carpentry work.
