Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required; valid driver’s license for driving posts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and the public at a utility services location by following site procedures and security protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, perimeter areas, and utility infrastructure.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization; maintain security logs and incident reports.
• Communicate observations and security issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership in a timely manner.
