Job summary

Allied Universal® in Oklahoma City, OK is hiring a Security Officer for a full-time unarmed mobile patrol driver role. You will patrol retail spaces, deter security incidents, and provide excellent customer service to shoppers and staff.

A valid driver’s license is required, with a schedule that includes day-time shifts and weekly pay. Weekly pay and driving duties reflect a flexible, community-focused security career.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to store customers, employees and visitors.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols and monitor store activity to deter incidents.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately in logs or reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to store customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe store activity for unusual conditions or potential policy violations, reporting observations to appropriate store representatives and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Complete required patrol logs, incident reports, and other site documentation accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
