Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors.
• Respond calmly to incidents and assist with access concerns and disturbances.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols at facilities, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor entrances and restricted areas per site procedures.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate observations to staff.
