Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Roadside Technician to respond to tire-related failures at customer locations. You will repair or replace tires, support mounting and service on commercial fleets, and participate in on-call shifts with premium after-hours pay.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; this role offers a path to skilled tire service, safety compliance, and continual shop support across Goodyear centers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience isn't required for this position; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Servicing Commercial Tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflating of tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements including proper PPE, tire cages, and other safety policies.
