Trinity Health’s FirstChoice program is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for mobile staffing assignments across MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center and regional facilities. These part-time, 12-hour day shifts offer premium compensation and maximum flexibility, with opportunities to float to various units and locations.

You will provide patient care across Med/Surg, Telemetry, PCU, and other specialties as needed, maintain licensure and certifications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure valid in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be through American Heart Association.
