Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice is hiring experienced Registered Nurses for its mobile staffing solution. The program offers premium pay, flexible scheduling and opportunities to travel regionally or nationally across MercyOne Davenport Medical Center and beyond.

Positions emphasize cross-location practice, nursing autonomy within licensure, and continuous professional development with licensing reimbursements and DailyPay options.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s).
• 18+ months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• 2+ years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including CC, Surgical, Maternal, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Apply standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license, scope of knowledge and experience.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement outcomes.
