Job summary

Dallas Trailer Repair Co in Pflugerville/Austin TX is seeking a Mobile Trailer Technician responsible for safely operating a mobile repair vehicle for routine maintenance, diagnostics and repair on trailers and related equipment.

Candidates should have basic mechanic tools, service and diagnostic knowledge, strong attention to detail, good communication and customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver’s license and English literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1–2 years mechanical experience or equivalent.
• ASE certifications highly desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a mobile repair vehicle.
• Diagnose and repair trailers and related equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
• Read and follow repair manuals and documentation.
• Order parts with approval and install/replace parts.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the workspace.
