Job summary

TEN (Transportation Equipment Network) seeks a Mobile Trailer Technician to travel to customer sites for inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a range of trailer systems. You’ll work independently in the field, delivering high-quality service with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role offers weekly pay, sign-on and retention bonuses, quarterly performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Experience as a Trailer Technician, Trailer Mechanic, Mobile Mechanic, or Fleet Maintenance Technician.
LIFTGATE REPAIR EXPERIENCE AN ASSET.
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with welding, brake systems, suspension, and electrical repair.
Ability to work independently in a mobile service environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

Respond to mobile service calls and complete on-site trailer repairs.
Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot trailer issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
Repair and replace trailer components including brakes, suspension, electrical, floors/frames.
Welding and fabrication work as required.
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation.
Manage inventory and parts on service vehicle.
Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
