The role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting, the ability to read service manuals, and strong communication. Overtime and travel between locations are expected; CDL-B or higher is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 7+ years heavy equipment experience.
• College or specialized schooling completion preferred.
• Ability to perform high quality repairs in the field independently.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to write technical reports.
• Intermediate keyboarding with MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Safety procedures.
• Fill out service reports, inspection checklists, and timecards.
• Use SIS, ET, and service manuals.
• Communicate job status to customers and office personnel.
• Travel between locations as needed.
• Maintain a safe, neat work area and professional image.
