Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Six months automotive experience.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Three months of customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire and automotive services (fluid exchanges/flushes, maintenance, brake repairs, and other mobile services) while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Maintain independence on assigned routes and safely drive between appointments while representing Goodyear.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and explaining the service process; understand customer needs and product offerings.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks (equipment prep, loading vehicles, site cleanup, product reconciliation).
• Perform tasks for extended periods, including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
