Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Mobile Therapist at their Pocono Center in Newfoundland, PA for an independent contractor role. The MT provides child-centered, family-focused psychotherapy and behavioral management in community settings, collaborating with a treatment team to support children and families in the IBHS program.

• PA licensure as social worker or behavior specialist with graduate clinical practicum.
• Graduate degree with clinical or mental health practicum experience.
• Independent contractor status; community-based service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide MT services in community and home settings.
• Develop and direct individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Assess strengths and therapeutic needs of children and families.
• Collaborate with treatment team to implement behavior plans.
• Document progress and maintain clinical records.
• Attend ISPT meetings and ensure confidentiality and reporting.
