Job summary
Delta-T Group is seeking a Mobile Therapist & Behavioral Consultant to serve adolescents in the Philadelphia area on a long-term contract with part-time opportunities. The role involves assessing behavioral health needs, designing interventions, and collaborating with a counseling team to implement behavior modification plans.

Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of direct work with children or adolescents with autism.
- Master's Degree and training in education, social work, counseling, juvenile justice, or other health-related discipline.
- Licensed BC or license eligible (preferred).
- Ability to complete and pass FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 168), and Criminal Background Clearances.
- Must provide current medical/health documents including: physical exam, TB skin test, CPR, First Aid.
Responsibilities
- Assess children's behavioral health needs and develop therapeutic interventions.
- Provide assessment, program design, and consultation to families with children on the autism spectrum.
- Collaborate with counseling team to design and direct behavior modification plans.
- Work at NE/West Philadelphia facility; facilitate collaboration across settings.
