Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to serve in the Norristown area, delivering in-home, school, and community-based behavioral health services.

You will assess needs, develop interventions, create and oversee treatment plans, and provide weekly sessions with families, using multiple modalities to improve outcomes. The role requires at least one year of autism experience, a Master's degree, and required clearances.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a health-related field is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children/adolescents with autism.
• Must pass FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal clearances and provide current medical documentation including physicals, TB test, CPR and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Assess a child's behavioral health needs and develop therapeutic interventions.
• Create and oversee an individualized treatment/behavioral plan.
• Provide weekly treatment sessions with child and family in home, school, and community settings.
• Use various treatment modalities to improve behavioral/emotional stability and functioning.
