Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensure or certification as a Therapist or Counselor, depending on state requirements.
• Proven experience working with autism, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral health concerns.
• Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures and behavioral health treatment modalities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions for clients in homes and schools.
• Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including ABA team, medical professionals, and school staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective and innovative behavioral health interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in behavioral health.
