Job summary

Perform is seeking a Quality Engineer to own mobile test automation for internal commerce apps, focusing on Android using Appium. You will design, build, and maintain automated tests that cover core flows from ordering to payments, and ensure reliable release readiness.

You’ll collaborate with development teams to embed tests into the CI/CD pipeline and, over time, contribute to shared quality tooling and platform initiatives that scale testing beyond a single app.

Qualifications

• Production experience with Appium for mobile test automation.
• Strong Android testing experience on real devices and emulators.
• Experience testing commerce/transactional applications.
• Solid programming fundamentals and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for Android using Appium.
• Write and execute test automation covering internal commerce app flows (ordering, payments, account).
• Identify gaps in test coverage and proactively catch defects before production.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Over time, contribute to quality platform initiatives and shared tooling.
