Wage: $28.00 - $35.00/Hour
Wage based on individual skills, certifications, education, and experience.
Hours: Varies
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Drug Testing, Physical, and Background Check Required
Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on work orders with efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and factory standards.
Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform necessary repairs.
Communicate effectively with the Parts Department to obtain required components.
Maintain professional, courteous interactions with customers at all times.
Save and label parts if the repair is under warranty or at the customer’s request.
Inspect vehicles to identify additional safety or service work needed or recommended.
Provide timely updates to the service advisor or dispatcher regarding repair progress or delays.
Document all work performed and any recommendations clearly on the repair order.
Supervise apprentice technicians as needed and assist with their development.
Report equipment defects or malfunctions promptly to your supervisor.
Keep customer vehicles clean and report any changes in condition immediately.
Maintain and return all dealership-owned tools in good condition.
Stay current and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, technical bulletins).
Operate all tools and equipment safely and report any safety concerns immediately.
2+ years of experience in a similar role, or a combination of education and experience.
ASE Certification is a plus.
Cummins Engine Repair Certification is a plus.
Valid Class D driver’s license with a clean driving record required; CDL preferred.
Basic computer proficiency.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Technical or college training preferred.
