We specialize in preventative maintenance using proprietary technology tailored to our customers' needs. As our business grows, we seek motivated professionals to join our team.

We are hiring a Mobile Technician Leader to support our management team and contribute to our expansion. If you're looking for a new opportunity, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of 15+ technicians, providing guidance and leadership.
  2. Conduct regular coaching and mentoring sessions with team members.
  3. Monitor team performance using metrics, reports, and records, and implement improvements.
  4. Travel frequently to technician and customer locations.
  5. Participate in meetings with various organizational functions.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety, DOT, environmental, and organizational policies.
  7. Oversee onboarding activities for new technicians.
  8. Conduct safety audits and quality control inspections.
  9. Assist in developing and adhering to monthly budgets.
  10. Coordinate with team members to set productivity goals.
  11. Collaborate with dispatch and sales teams to optimize technician schedules.
  12. Delegate repair calls and coordinate work assignments.
  13. Participate in safety meetings and enforce safety procedures.
  14. Provide technical guidance and support to management and technicians.
  15. Work with customers to meet vehicle maintenance needs and serve as liaison.
  16. Facilitate communication across departments to resolve issues.
  17. Provide technicians with operational procedures and monitor inventory levels.
  18. Interview, hire, and train new technicians.
  19. Coordinate with HR, Parts, Fleet Management, IT, and other departments to resolve technician-related issues.
  20. Operate company vehicle for travel to work sites.
  21. Perform technician duties as needed, including preventive maintenance and repairs.
  22. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. At least 1 year of management or lead experience.
  3. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
  4. Must be at least 21 years old due to interstate commerce regulations.
  5. Skills in coaching, mentoring, and managing technicians.
  6. Knowledge of mobile maintenance practices and challenges.
  7. Ability to coordinate multiple efforts and act with urgency.
  8. Strong ethics, values, and customer focus.
  9. Proficiency with IT systems like dispatch software, Workday, Salesforce, Kronos, Power BI, etc.
  10. Excellent listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
