Base salary ranges from $95,900 to $143,900, depending on location and experience. Additional incentives may apply.

Job Description

Shift: Friday - Sunday 12 pm - 10 pm, Monday 9 am - 6 pm

Fleet Services by Cox Automotive (FSCA) is a leading fleet maintenance company with over 500 mobile trucks and 20+ shops. We provide preventative maintenance with proprietary technology, experiencing growth and expansion. We are hiring a Mobile Technician Leader to support our management team and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 15+ technicians, providing leadership and guidance.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions.
• Monitor team metrics, reports, and safety records to improve efficiency.
• Travel frequently to technician and customer locations.
• Participate in meetings across organizational functions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Oversee onboarding activities for new technicians.
• Conduct safety audits and quality inspections.
• Assist in budget development and adherence.
• Coordinate with teams to improve productivity.
• Manage technician schedules and delegate work.
• Promote safety culture and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and customer solutions.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Recruit and train technicians.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Operate company vehicles as needed.
• Perform technician duties when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience, or equivalent qualifications.
• 1+ year in management or leadership roles.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Skills in coaching, mentoring, and managing mobile technicians.
• Knowledge of mobile maintenance practices.
• Ability to coordinate multiple efforts and act with urgency.
