Discovery is recruiting Floating Support Workers to cover Taunton and surrounding areas. You will join a flexible, person-centred team delivering support across multiple homes, with full training provided and opportunities to develop qualifications.

You'll travel to different services, build meaningful relationships, and help people live more independently in their own homes and communities. A driving licence and car access are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Driving licence and access to a car with business insurance are essential.
• Be willing to travel within Taunton and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Build warm, trusting relationships with people supported.
• Help with activities they enjoy at home and in the community.
• Encourage independence and support goal achievement.
• Assist with daily living tasks (meals, finances, personal care).
• Support non-verbal individuals or those using wheelchairs; full training provided.
