Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work autonomously at multiple locations in Southside Place, Texas, performing indoor and outdoor duties. You will assess storage needs and propose solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies.

Daily responsibilities include inspecting storage units to ensure inventory and readiness for rental, auditing cash drawers, processing deposits, and helping customers with payments while making reminder calls as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-based sales environments.
• Ability to travel between locations with own vehicle.
• Able to perform physical tasks and outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
