Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience with adults with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorder and/or homeless populations.
• Familiarity with behavioral health treatment approaches and resources, including harm-reduction models.
• LMSW licensure to be secured within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments for newly enrolled clients.
• Manage a caseload for routine check-ins and clinical case management.
• Develop and facilitate therapeutic group programming.
• Provide on-call crisis intervention support as needed.
