Job summary

Elite Gaming Midwest seeks a Field Terminal Handler to service video gaming terminals across multiple Illinois locations. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair VGTs to ensure peak performance and compliance with gaming regulations.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical skills, basic networking, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with slot machines, VGTs or gaming equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic networking knowledge for devices and connectivity.
• Able to use diagnostic tools and software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Must pass background check for gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and remove video gaming terminals across licensed locations.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Respond to service calls promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with Illinois Gaming Board regulations.
• Maintain service logs, maintenance records, and inventory.
