Job summary

Re-Bath Michigan is seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as Mobile Showroom Event Marketing Representatives. You will represent the brand at retail locations, home shows, and local events, generating qualified leads and scheduling in-home bathroom remodeling consultations.

Ideal candidates have experience in event marketing, retail sales, or field marketing, with strong communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, event marketing, canvassing, retail sales, direct sales, customer acquisition, or field marketing preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and public speaking skills.
• Comfortable approaching new people and starting conversations.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
• Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Re-Bath brand professionally at retail locations, events, trade shows, and home improvement expos.
• Approach and engage homeowners through face-to-face conversations.
• Build relationships with customers and identify remodeling opportunities.
• Educate customers about Re-Bath products and services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations.
• Follow sales scripts and lead-generation processes.
• Enter lead information accurately into CRM systems.
• Track activity and performance metrics (KPIs).
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support business growth.
• Meet or exceed goals for customer engagement, qualified leads, and appointments generated.
