Job summary

Re-Bath Michigan is expanding and seeking an outgoing Mobile Showroom Event Marketing Representative to engage shoppers at retail locations and events. You will generate qualified leads, nurture relationships, and schedule in-home bathroom remodeling consultations.

Ideal candidates have experience in event marketing, canvassing, and direct sales, with strong communication and self-motivation. Weekend and evening availability, plus reliable transportation, are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, event marketing, canvassing, retail sales, or field marketing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Public speaking ability and ease in approaching new people.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Comfort using tablets and CRM systems; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Re-Bath brand at retail locations, events, and home shows.
• Engage homeowners through face-to-face conversations to generate qualified leads.
• Schedule in-home bathroom remodeling consultations and follow sales scripts.
• Enter lead data into CRM and track activity and KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support growth and meet targets.
