Job summary

Re-Bath Michigan is seeking a Brand Ambassador/Field Representative to actively build relationships with national retail accounts, at regional and local events, and to educate customers about our bathroom remodeling services. The role requires travel across locations with mileage reimbursement and a focus on lead generation.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and able to work evenings and Saturdays, with strong communication skills and experience with sales scripts and CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, people-focused candidate with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn Re-Bath sales scripts, tools, products, and CRM.
• Proficient with Office suite and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays; reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with national retail accounts at regional stores and at local events.
• Educate customers about Re-Bath services and generate qualified leads.
• Monitor KPIs and participate in sales system processes; enter leads into CRM.
• Coordinate with national account representatives to provide necessary support.
• Travel on assignment to various national accounts; mileage reimbursed for travel days.

Re-Bath Michigan is growing! We are the nation's #1 bathroom remodeler. We are seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassador/Field Representative.

We're seeking a dedicated, people-focused team player to embody the Re-Bath brand with professionalism and positivity. The Brand Ambassador will actively build relationships with national retail accounts at the regional, store level, and at local events, including trade shows and home events. Educating others about our services and acquiring qualified leads.

This is an ideal position for a self-motivated, reliable, collaborative person. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, participating in the corporate sales system processes, and properly entering all leads into the CRM.

Travel is part of the job, you will be on the road during your shift as the ambassador rotates through different national account locations to offer a consistent presence and engage with customers. As an additional perk to the job, you will be reimbursed for your mileage on top of your salary.
