Job summary

Bridgestone HosePower is seeking a Mobile Service Travel Team Manager in a hybrid role, leading a team of mobile service technicians who travel to client sites. You will drive revenue through on-site service sales while ensuring top service quality and strong client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in hydraulic systems and 2+ years in supervision, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in hydraulic system or hose service or related field.
• Leadership: 2+ years in supervisory or management role.
• Technical: Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, components and repair methods.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for client interaction and reporting.
• Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Sales and business development: grow revenue by prospecting and securing new customers in a national territory and managing existing accounts.
• Generate proposals: create technical proposals, quotes and contracts for hydraulic services, including repairs, installations and troubleshooting.
• Customer relationship management: build long-term partnerships on-site, provide updates, resolve concerns and ensure high satisfaction.
• Team leadership: schedule technicians for travel-based assignments, monitor performance and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Strategic support: manage budgets, provide sales/service reports and offer technical guidance to field and engineering teams.
