United Site Services, Inc. seeks a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and travel to customer sites to service, pump, and clean portable restrooms and holding tanks. The role centers on safe driving, on-site service, and delivering excellent customer care.

The position requires at least two years of commercial driving experience, a valid driver license (CDL or non-commercial), and a valid TWIC. Strong time management and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.

Responsabilités

• Operate a company service truck to service, pump, clean portable restrooms and holding tanks.
• Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.
• Maintain safety standards per USS and DOT guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Conduct portable toilet servicing to USS 8 point service standard.
• Provide courteous customer service on site to ensure services are completed to standards.
• Adapt routes as needed to meet customer needs and communicate changes to the Operations team.
• Provide routing feedback to the Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator for efficiency.
