Job summary

Autobahn Imports LP is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to deliver premium service at clients’ homes or workplaces in the Fort Worth area. You will conduct multi-point inspections, perform minor maintenance, and handle software updates with a focus on clear communication and trust.

The role requires a high school diploma, OEM diagnostic experience, and the ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience performing maintenance services independently.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills; ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment, tablets, and dealership software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Experience with OEM diagnostic systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the dealership during all off-site service visits.
• Clearly explain inspection findings, maintenance recommendations, and next steps.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience focused on trust and transparency.
• Maintain consistent communication with service advisors and dispatch.
• Perform mobile multi-point inspections.
• Provide minor maintenance services.
• Perform software updates and select recall repairs as authorized.
• Utilize OEM diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer procedures.
• Document inspection results and services accurately in dealership systems.
• Photograph and upload inspection findings as required.
