Job summary

Krieger Ford is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will be independent with a solid service technician background and is comfortable traveling to customer workplaces and homes for basic service needs and recalls.

We value reliability and customer focus, offering growth opportunities within a family-owned Ford dealership that honors its heritage while investing in the future. ASE certifications are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong service technician background.
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and put the customer first
• Engage with many different customers each day and represent the dealership while staying calm and responsive
• Organize and prepare for the day’s appointments and manage time effectively
• Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as outlined on the repair order in a clean and efficient manner
• Communicate with the Mobile Service Coordinator, Parts Department and Dealer Management to manage production and customer communication
