Glick Fire Equipment Co., Inc. is hiring a Mobile Service Technician to perform on-site and shop-based maintenance for fire and EMS equipment. You will work Monday-Friday with flexible hours, ensuring quality control and timely communication with customers and management.

The role requires 3–5 years of automotive or heavy-duty truck experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid PA CDL Class B is encouraged. You will operate safely and lift heavy loads as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years automotive or heavy-duty truck experience required.
• PA CDL Class B preferred; air brake & tanker endorsement encouraged.
• DOT pre-employment drug and alcohol testing required; Medical Examiner's Certificate may be needed.
• PA State Inspection license (Class 7) encouraged.
• A/C certification (CFC-12/HFC-134a) or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Ensure high levels of quality control to all vehicles in our care and custody.
• Maintain timely customer and management contact in regard to maintenance and repair results.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment in your area, wearing all required safety equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of chassis components and systems including hydraulic & electrical, diesel engine, suspension, drivetrain and HVAC.
