Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks an experienced Mobile Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment from a company-provided service truck. You will travel directly from home to customer locations and respond to service calls and breakdowns.

The role includes PMs, diagnosing complex issues, and maintaining dock equipment, balers, and compactors. Overtime and weekends off provide a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical systems; reading schematics preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and/or welding/fabrication.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
• Respond to service calls and equipment breakdowns.
• Repair and maintain compactors, balers, and dock equipment.
• Complete work orders and customer-requested repairs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
