Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and light repair services at customers' locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and document vehicle condition.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding service status.
• Assist with loaner vehicle exchanges and customer transportation.
