Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a similar role would be advantageous.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license; CDL preferred (willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostics.
• Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades on equipment.
• Repair, replace, and overhaul major vehicle components and systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state vehicle requirements.
• Maintain service records and road-test vehicles as needed.
• Collaborate with team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

The Opportunity (Job Purpose):

Are you ready to make a visible impact? As our next Mobile Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in keeping our customer's fleet moving. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):

• Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests, identifying worn and damaged parts and performing all levels of maintenance services.
• Keeps equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules, installing component and part upgrades, controlling corrosion, and completing winterization procedures.
• Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems.
• Complies with federal and state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.
• Maintains vehicle records by annotating services and repairs.
• Road test vehicles when necessary to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that they are working properly.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma /Trade school or college education in a diesel technology program is preferred and 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Mechanical knowledge required.
• Attention to detail
• Valid Driver’s License required; CDL preferred (must be willing to obtain).
• Dependable and reliable attendance required.
• Mindset: A curious mindset with an entrepreneurial "pioneering spirit," strong integrity, and a passion for continuous professional development.
