Bridgestone HosePower seeks Mobile Sales and Service Technicians to deliver on-site hydraulic hose services and expert support in diverse customer environments. You will turn mechanical skill into a trusted field career while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• No DUI and limited moving violations in past 3 years.
• Minimum age: 19 (non-DOT) / 21 (DOT) with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build hydraulic hose assemblies on-site at customer locations.
• Remove and install assemblies as needed.
• Perform machine inspections for safety and function.
• Conduct cold calls to develop new business within territory.
• Manage territory accounts and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide quotations for large-scale projects.
• Submit data for invoicing and service documentation.
• Maintain and protect company tools, equipment, and vehicles.

Our Mobile Sales and Service Technicians are equipped with high-quality tools and equipment, allowing our technicians to provide the best possible onsite customer service.

When you're not turning wrenches and replacing hoses, you will play a key role in supporting your customers and their needs by meeting with them face-to-face. Building strong relationships and trust by providing in-depth hose solutions is the key to being successful in this position. Prospecting as well as identifying new customers and expanding service opportunities are vital functions of this position and can create unlimited potential and growth.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Build hydraulic hose assemblies on-site at customer locations


• Remove and install assemblies as needed


• Perform machine inspections to ensure proper function and safety


• Conduct cold call prospecting to develop new business within assigned territory


• Manage territory accounts and maintain strong customer relationships


• Provide accurate information for quotations on large-scale projects


• Submit timely and legible data for invoicing and service documentation


• Maintain and protect company-owned tools, equipment, and vehicles at all times
