Bridgestone HosePower is seeking Mobile Sales and Service Technicians to deliver hands-on service at customer sites. You’ll build strong customer relationships, diagnose hose-related issues, and expand service opportunities across an assigned territory.

The role blends mechanical work with sales activity in a fast-paced environment, offering growth potential and the chance to advance in a service-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• No more than two moving violations in the past three years
• No DUI charges or convictions
• Minimum age requirements: 19 for non-DOT, 21 for DOT vehicle operators
• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Build hydraulic hose assemblies on-site at customer locations
• Remove and install assemblies as needed
• Perform machine inspections to ensure proper function and safety
• Conduct cold call prospecting to develop new business within assigned territory
• Manage territory accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide accurate information for quotations on large-scale projects
• Submit timely and legible data for invoicing and service documentation
• Maintain and protect company-owned tools, equipment, and vehicles at all times

Our Mobile Sales and Service Technicians are equipped with high-quality tools and equipment, allowing our technicians to provide the best possible onsite customer service.

When you're not turning wrenches and replacing hoses, you will play a key role in supporting your customers and their needs by meeting with them face-to-face. Building strong relationships and trust by providing in-depth hose solutions is the key to being successful in this position. Prospecting as well as identifying new customers and expanding service opportunities are vital functions of this position and can create unlimited potential and growth.

This position blends hands-on technical work with customer interaction. It is the ideal position for problem solvers and out-of-the-box thinkers.
