You will serve as the trusted service expert when equipment is down, delivering on-site hose assemblies, inspections, and rapid issue resolution while building lasting customer relationships.

This role blends technical fieldwork with business development: you’ll meet customers face-to-face, prospect new opportunities, and expand service territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information for quotations on large-scale projects.
• Submit timely and legible data for invoicing and service documentation.
• Maintain and protect company-owned tools, equipment, and vehicles.

In this role, you will be the trusted service expert customers rely on when equipment is down and quick, professional support matters most. Our Mobile Sales and Service Technicians are equipped with high-quality tools and equipment, allowing our technicians to provide the best possible onsite customer service.

When you're not turning wrenches and replacing hoses, you will play a key role in supporting your customers and their needs by meeting with them face-to-face. Building strong relationships and trust by providing in-depth hose solutions is the key to being successful in this position. Prospecting as well as identifying new customers and expanding service opportunities are vital functions of this position and can create unlimited potential and growth.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years
• No more than two moving violations in the past three years
• No DUI charges or convictions
• Minimum Age requirements
  • 19 years old for non-DOT operators
  • 21 years old for DOT vehicle operators
