What You’ll Do:

As a Mobile Service Technician, you’ll operate a fully equipped service truck and respond to service calls across the Indianapolis area. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain class 2–8 trucks and trailers, ensuring our customers’ fleets stay rolling.

Key Responsibilities:

·Perform on-site repairs and maintenance of diesel trucks, trailers, and fleet equipment

·Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using tools and software

·Complete DOT inspections and ensure regulatory compliance

·Maintain detailed service documentation via our mobile platform

·Communicate clearly with dispatch, service managers, and customers

·Keep your service truck clean, organized, and fully stocked

·Work independently in varying environments — day or night

Qualifications:Required:

·3+ years of experience in diesel truck/trailer repair

·Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)

·Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

·Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in outdoor/mobile environments

·Must supply own tools (specialty tools provided)

·Excellent communication and time management skills

Preferred:

·OEM certifications (Cummins, Detroit, International, etc.)

·Welding, fabrication, reefer or hydraulic experience

·Familiarity with digital diagnostics tools and apps

·ASE certifications (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
