Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and well-organized with ASE or Manufacturer certifications.
• Experience as a Service Technician is preferred but not mandatory.

Join us as a Mobile Service Technician at Jannell Motors Inc

We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Service Technician to join our expanding team! The ideal candidate will have a solid background in service technology and be ASE certified. Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory. Your daily responsibilities will include traveling in our Mobile Service van to customer locations to perform basic service needs and recalls.

Compensation

The pay range is $22.00/hr - $26.00/hr, based on skills and experience. Discuss your compensation with your recruiter for more details.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty
• Engage daily with diverse customers and represent the dealership professionally
• Organize and prepare for daily appointments
• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as per repair orders efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage workflow and communication
• Document all repairs and work performed accurately
• Stay updated with Ford technical bulletins and complete required training
• Work occasionally in challenging weather conditions
• Drive and responsibly maintain a company vehicle

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Valid driver’s license
• ASE or Manufacturer certifications; Ford certifications are a plus but not required
• Service Technician experience is preferred
• Proficient in using technological devices such as tablets
