• Access PTS for technical information, vehicle capacities, specifications, and monitor OASIS for open FSAs

• Basic Electrical Knowledge

• Proficiency with Scan Tools such as IDS, FDRS, and generic scanners (optional dealer preference). Ability to program modules, retrieve DTCs, and interpret PIDs.

Physical Capabilities:

• Flexibility to bend, squat, and lay on the ground
• Physical stature suitable for under-vehicle services
• Ability to stand repeatedly from a prone position
• Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions
• Strength to lift tires onto vehicles from a crouching position; may require lifting between 75-100 pounds for mobile service repairs
