Job Description
Peterson Trucks has a need for a Mobile Truck Technician who can be based out of our Eugene, OR location or Medford, OR location. The person in the job will perform service work on Trucks in southern Oregon.
SUMMARY
This position performs quality repairs and maintenance on all Heavy Truck and Diesel Engines as specified in manufacturer designed procedures or accepted industry practices, primarily in the field for customer and/or sales, rental fleet equipment, and field service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree from a fully accredited college or technical/vocational school in Diesel Technology or other closely related field; and a minimum of 2 years of directly related experience in diesel repair and maintenance in heavy trucks/fleet dealership or shop environment; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Knowledge on A/C system, brake system, emission systems, air systems and diagnostics/troubleshooting of diesel engines. Proven record of good customer service skills. International manufacturer experience is preferred.
