EQUANS is looking for a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering parts of Worcester and the surrounding areas on a full time basis. You will manage preventative maintenance and reactive calls across schools, hospitals, offices, and government buildings, driving energy efficiency with clear cost estimates for system enhancements.

Ideal candidates will have a City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS, HVAC knowledge, and a UK driving license with BPSS vetting.

Qualifications

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS.
• Experience with HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence and BPSS vetting.

Responsabilités

• Preventative maintenance: carry out scheduled checks on BMS systems to ensure smooth operation across sites.
• Reactive calls: respond to breakdowns and participate in a call-out rota with on-call benefits.
• Continuous improvement: work with engineers to enhance system performance and energy efficiency and prepare reports with cost estimates.

Equans is looking for a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering parts of Worcester and the surrounding areas on a full time basis.

Key activities:

As a Mobile BMS Service Engineer, you will manage a variety of essential planned and reactive tasks across our diverse portfolio, Schools, Hospitals, Offices, Business Parks and Government Buildings. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Preventative Maintenance: Carrying out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems and components to ensure smooth operation across various sites.
• Reactive Calls: Responding to breakdowns when things go wrong. This role involves participating in a reactive call-out rota, which includes additional financial benefits for on-call availability and attendance.
• Continuous Improvement:Working with other engineer colleagues to help make recommendations to our clients to enhance system performance and energy efficiency. This will require teams to complete thorough reports and build up clear cost estimates & quotes for system enhancements.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS
• Knowledge and Experience of at least one of the following (additional training can be provided depending on the area requirements at a later date):
  • Trend
  • Tridium
  • Distech
  • Siemens
  • Niagara
• Knowledge & experience of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment
• Full UK Driving License
• BPSS vetting
