Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• State/city security license preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Criminal histories considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing depends on state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols throughout facility and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies and follow site procedures.
• Prepare patrol and incident reports per site requirements.
