Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted under federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and location policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report observations to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and incident documentation.
