Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs, and communicate information to leadership.
