Allied Universal, a leading security services provider in North America, seeks a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Hershey, PA. You will patrol, deter incidents, monitor access, and deliver customer service at a food/beverage location while upholding policy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors and delivery personnel; follow site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols across designated areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; document activity per procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms and emergencies per protocol.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and communicate hazards to leadership.
