Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Route Driver in Honolulu, HI. You will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, deter incidents, and assist tenants and visitors while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site requirements.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and property representatives.
