Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and coordinate with site leadership and authorities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior/exterior areas and parking to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards.
• Monitor access control points, visitor check-in processes, and restricted areas.
• Complete shift logs and incident reports; support audits and compliance activities.
